Data and purposes
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email, optional telephone number, project location, category, stage and description, and related correspondence. We use these to understand and answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal and contractual relationship.
Steps requested by an individual before entering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Communications with company representatives and relevant correspondence rely on our legitimate interest in responding and organising professional relationships under Article 6(1)(f). Applicable legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Receiving a response does not depend on consenting to advertising.
Hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, access time, browser details and error logs to provide and secure the service, based on the legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure website.
Recipients and providers
Access is restricted to authorised team members and providers involved in hosting, forms, email and maintenance, as necessary. The Hostinger-hosted version uses its infrastructure; correspondence to office@citymasterstudio.com is managed through Google Workspace. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Where providers process data outside the European Economic Area, relevant legal mechanisms apply, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with necessary supplementary measures. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Retention
For enquiries that do not lead to a contract, our proposed retention period is up to 12 months after the last relevant exchange, followed by deletion or anonymisation unless further retention is justified. Contracted projects follow the statutory and contractual periods applicable to their records. Technical logs follow provider settings and documented security needs, rather than being retained indefinitely.
Cookies and advertising
The initial configuration does not activate analytics or advertising tools. Before enabling Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel, we will update this notice and request consent before loading optional technologies. You can manage your choices under “Cookie settings”. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rights do not apply identically to every processing activity.
Contact office@citymasterstudio.com. We respond within the GDPR time limits and may request proportionate information to verify identity. You may complain to Romania’s ANSPDCP or the competent supervisory authority.
Your name, email and enough information about the enquiry are needed for a relevant response. Telephone and other fields marked optional are not mandatory. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects. Please do not include sensitive data, identity documents or confidential information about others in the form.
