Purpose of the website

This website presents the services of CITYMASTER STUDIO S.R.L. General information is not a binding offer, individual advice or a guarantee of a permit or approval. Solutions depend on the site, brief, documentation and requirements of the authorities.

Enquiries and appointments

An enquiry does not create a contract. Services, responsibilities, fees, stages and deadlines are agreed through a proposal and contract. Implementation coordination follows the agreed scope and does not replace the statutory responsibilities of other project participants.

Content and copyright

Texts, visual identity, images and project documents are protected by the rights of their respective authors and owners. Publication does not transfer usage rights. Seek the rights holder’s permission for reproduction or commercial use, subject to statutory exceptions.

Renderings and conceptual illustrations identified as such communicate design intent. They must not be mistaken for photographs of completed buildings or construction documentation. Collaborators’ contributions are credited in project presentations where applicable.

Use and availability

Do not use the website for abusive messages, infringement of third-party rights or actions affecting security. We aim to keep it current and operational, but errors and interruptions may occur. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
